Aerification at Yaupon

Starting on Monday 6/10 we will start our aerification of Yaupon. We will be aerifying greens, tees, and fairwaysduring the week. We will reopen on Friday 6/14. Live oak will be open Monday for member play. We are also planning on patching some of the thin areas on Yaupon greens to help with the recovery process during our transition from over seeding. Thank you for cooperation and come out and enjoy Live Oak. It has recovered very well for its aerification a few weeks ago. Also the new pond liner on #18 should be ready to fill up sometime this coming week.

Rainfall.

Yesterday's rainfall totaled 1.75". We will be cart path only today and possibly tomorrow due to continued rain this morning.

Aerification

Starting next week we will be aerifying the greens, tees, and fairways at Live Oak. The course will be closed until Friday.  All the play will be at Yaupon until we reopen Live Oak on Friday 5/24.

Tee update.

The gold tee on #1 and the red tee on #13 have been re-sodded. The red tee on #13 will be located back on the white tee as we grow in the new grass. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Tee Signs

The tee signs at Live Oak are being painted and repaired. Thanks to the hard work of the Live Oak GCM staff they should be all replaced by the end of the week.
